Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to online payments made for school fees and related educational payments of The Indian Revolutionary Senior Secondary School.

1. Fee Payments

School fee payments are collected for educational services including tuition fee, admission fee, examination fee, transport fee, development fee and other school-approved charges.

2. Cancellation

Once a fee payment is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled automatically through the website. Any correction, cancellation or adjustment request must be submitted to the school office for verification.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payment for the same student and fee period.
  • Excess amount paid due to technical or manual error.
  • Payment deducted but not adjusted in student fee ledger after verification.
  • Any other case approved by school management as per school policy.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, subject to verification and payment gateway/banking timelines.
